Ann Kathrin began her career as a Product Manager in medical technology, specializing in neuro and spinal surgery. She later joined a corporate start up, contributing from day one to shaping the vision and developing of new technologies in the medtech space. During this time, she built and led an agile team, acting as Product Owner and supporting the Scrum Master in team development. Today, she leads the Transformation & Program Management team within the development organization, where she drives cultural change and ensures strategic initiatives are closely aligned with development teams.
