I have spent more than 20 years in the commercial reality of complex international projects – where contracts meet construction sites, schedules slip, decisions cannot wait and financial exposure becomes very real.
Across EPC, EPCM and major CAPEX projects, I have learned that effective contract management is not about quoting clauses or calling Legal when things go wrong. It is about leadership: asking uncomfortable questions early, challenging assumptions, creating transparency and acting before issues become claims.
I bring the practitioner’s perspective – and a simple conviction: deliver the project, maintain momentum, but never manage contractual risk by accident.
